Parents Turn Son’s Wheelchair into Wheel of Fortune for Halloween Costume

Wheelchair Or Wheel Of Fortune? Both!

Need a little Halloween costume inspo? You’ve come to the right place.

I always struggle with choosing what to be for Halloween. I’m just not creative that way. I like to keep it simple and stick with my cat lady costume (which I guess isn’t really a costume anymore).

Each and every year, the parents of 8-year-old Anthony Alfano provide their son with next-level Halloween costumes.

This year, they win parents of the century after turning their son’s wheelchair into the Wheel of Fortune game, which is his favorite TV show.

This year, mom Deanna Alfano said she used a PVC board, LED lights and foam to make the wheel, along with wheels to transport the costume. The costume lights up in the dark, she said.

“He’s an amazing kid and we get such a kick out of doing it for him,” said Deanna. “We almost do it as special thing for all the other kids too. It’s a chance to have other kids other kids rally around him.”

Cerebral palsy hasn’t stopped his parents from making sure that their son is always rocking the best Halloween costume. Previously, Anthony has also dressed up as a Zoltar machine, the Lincoln Memorial and more.
